
This version of our boot camp is aimed squarely at product managers in the B2B space. Although many of the fundamentals of product management apply to almost product, successfully managing a product in the B2B space is significantly different than making a consumer-oriented product successful. This course covers provides an end-to-end perspective on PM that is particularly relevant in the B2B context, including:
- The complexity of the problems space and the products needed to solve them
- Understanding how the term “customer” has a more complex definition in B2B
- Knowing which KPIs are relevant and then getting the data to support them
- Working in large organizations with highly developed processes and roles
- Managing a product ecosystems
- Effectively engaging with sales professionals and account managers
- Combining product and services to delivery holistic solutions
